A CIT (counselor-in-training) is a leadership program that prepares young people to work as camp staff. CITs help with activities, supervision, and other tasks, and learn skills like communication, teamwork, and public speaking.

Our CIT program is designed for students entering 7th and 8th grade—old enough to take on responsibilities but still young enough to enjoy the camper experience. To achieve this balance, we offer a schedule that combines engaging camp activities with hands-on learning, allowing participants to assist head and specialty counselors in their roles..
What CITs do:
-
